How to make NITE Search1 your homepage :


For Internet explorer : 

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. In the Address box, type the Web page address that you want for your home page. NOTE: If you want the page that you are currently viewing in Internet Explorer to be your home page, click Use Current.
  5. Click OK.
For Google Chrome :
  1. Click the wrench icon  on the browser toolbar. 
  2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook). 
  3. Click the Basics tab. 
  4. Set your home page
  5. Pick the page you'd like to be your home page in the "Home page" section. You can select to use the New Tab page as your home page. To use another page, select "Open this page" and enter the web address of the page you'd like to use. 
  6. Add the home button to the browser toolbar
  7. Want a button on the browser toolbar that you can click to open your home page? Select the "Show Home button" checkbox in the "Toolbar" section. 
  8. Set your home page as your startup page
  9. To see your homepage whenever you open Google Chrome, go to the "On startup" section and select "Open the home page."
For Mozilla :
  1. Open a new window and load the first web site you want in your home page.
  2. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options
  3. Select the General panel.
  4. Click Use Current Pages.
  5. Click OK to close the Options window.
